Management of a range of online technology projects is a key
service, including:
- preparation of project proposals and tenders;
- research and analysis;
- project costing and risk management;
- quality assurance and evaluation;
- usability, accessibility and technical testing;
- project documentation, handover and staff training.
Our projects have focused on achieving educational or business goals rather
than the technology itself.
Projects managed by edu have ranged from under $1000 to $300k plus.

Project
management of national Australia Council community cultural development
portal, incorporating extensive consultation, prototyping, database
development, usability and accessibility testing and staff support.
Technology: PHP/MySQL, content management system, 5 custom databases,

Post Compulsory Education and Training Association of SA
EDU has had an ongoing relationship with PCETA and the peak body Council
for Education Associations of SA since 1999.
Projects supported have included online forums, website development,
project management of 2 state conferences 2 state conferences for up to 200
delegates, and the
national Multimedia Pathways in Schools Project.

Consortium comprising EDU Technology (SA), Method Media (SA), Crank Media (Tas)
and e-magine (Tas) to build 20 learning objects for school language programs in
Indonesian and Japanese for the DEST National Asian Languages and Studies in
Australian Schools Strategy.

Multimedia Pathways in Schools Project
National project to offer VET accredited multimedia training in 37
secondary schools and colleges.
edu managed several school-industry conferences,
infrastructure setup, online and offline professional development for
participants and support for the transition from
modules to units of competency (National Training Package).
This project received $300,00 in funding from the Commonwealth Government
and was showcased in Canberra from 60 school-work initiatives.
