Project management

Management of a range of online technology projects is a key service, including:

  • preparation of project proposals and tenders;
  • research and analysis;
  • project costing and risk management;
  • quality assurance and evaluation;
  • usability, accessibility and technical testing;
  • project documentation, handover and staff training.

Our projects have focused on achieving educational or business goals rather than the technology itself.

Projects managed by edu have ranged from under $1000 to $300k plus.

We  work within a project team structure of our team, client staff, subject matter experts, developers and project stakeholders.

We work with rather than for our clients and stakeholders, to meet and exceed project goals on time and within budget.
